What could be better than mixing good times with good works? Kick off the holiday season and come out for a sophisticated evening of live entertainment, incredible décor, scrumptious food tastings and a luxury auction. All funds raised go directly to the Georgia Center for Child Advocacy, which works tirelessly to help treat and prevent child abuse within our state. And, as one of the preeminent social events of the year, the Ball attracts more than 400 of Atlanta’s top professionals, business leaders and philanthropists.
T his year, the event will be held at the Atlanta History Center, a beautiful place for a party and conveniently located in Buckhead. Kimberley Ichter, the owner of Kimberley Cary Event Design, will transform the venue into a spirited and inspirational space, beckoning each guest to “Imagine” a world with no child abuse. John Lennon’s 1971 release of the song “Imagine” is the theme of this year’s Ball.
Be sure to arrive on time to watch selected chefs from American Culinary Federation (ACF) Greater Atlanta Chefs Association whip up dazzling delicacies right before your eyes. The talented chefs will create dishes that promise to delight even the most discriminating foodie!
Don’t miss the amazing items in both the silent and the live auctions! Bid on fine wines, gourmet food, luxury travel packages, stylish jewelry, coveted sports and concert tickets, and much more.
Everyone is talking about this year’s live performance by the popular local Atlanta band, Yacht Rock Revue! You’ll love dancing to their smooth sounds, which includes hits from Hall & Oates, Steely Dan, Boz Scaggs, Michael McDonald, Kenny Loggins, Christopher Cross, and more. Check them out here.
